摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石的效果与安全性。方法分析应用ACU—H2E型钬激光机经输尿管镜治疗106例输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果本组106例输尿管结石患者单次结石粉碎率92．4％（98／106），平均结石排净时间12．6d，平均碎石时间50．6min，平均术后住院时间4．5d。术中及术后无输尿管穿孔、撕裂及高热、梗阻性肾脓肿等并发症发生。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石创伤小、并发症较少，能同时处理息肉和狭窄，是输尿管结石较理想的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of holmium YAG laser in treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods A hundred and six eases of ureteral calculi were treated via ureteroscope with ACU-H2E type holmium YAG lithotriptor. Results The overall successful stone fragmentation rate was 92.4% （98/106）. The mean stone expectoration time stone-free was 12.6 days. The mean operation time and post-operation hospitalizationy were 50.6 minutes and 4.5 days respectively. No major complications such as perforation, fever, pyonephrosiswere occured. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmiumYAG laser lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe treatment modality for managing ureteral calculi.
