摘　　要：电能质量是指通过公用电网供给用户端的交流电能的品质。随着电力系统规模的扩大和电力市场的建立,电能质量问题越来越引起人们的重视。本文阐述了电能质量的概念、评价指标,分析了其主要影响因素,讨论了目前电能质量的监测现状与分析技术,最后论述了目前电能质量的改善方法。Electric power quality is AC power quality of consumer which is transmitted through common power network. With the scale expansion of power system and the establishment of electricity market, the problems arising from power quality are paid more attention. This article describes the concept of power quality and evaluation index. The major faetors which influeneed the power quality are discussed, and then analyzes the monitoring situation of power quality. Finally, the measures to improve power quality are indicated.
