摘　　要：阐述了电网电压不合格对电力用户和电力网络的危害,分析了电网电压异常的原因,提出电网电压调整措施、正常运行时变电站和配电所的调压原则及电网电压事故处理方法,针对目前陕西电网无功电压调整存在的问题,提出陕西电网电压调节的建议。The harm of unqualified voltage upon power consumer and grid is presented. The reason of abnormal voltage is analyzed. The paper puts forward the voltage regulation measure, voltage regulation rules for the substation and distribution substation under normal operation. In the light of the problems exited in reactive voltage regulation in Shaanxi power network, the suggestions to regulate voltage in Shaanxi power network are set forth.
