摘　　要：面对作业工作量居高不下、成本紧张、原油产量不足等现实,人们正在努力寻求一种以提高作业质量,减少无功低效作业井,确保完成原油产量,实现采油、作业双赢的运行新机制。文章阐述了通过采用"联产联保"创新管理方式,使得采油与作业单位双方找到最大利益结合点,达到双赢的目的。In the face of the heavy workload, rising cost and the shortage of crude oil production, we are looking for a new system that can improve the quality of work, reduce inefficient oil well, as part of the efforts to ensure the production of crude oil and to achieve the win-win situation for oil extraction and job practice. The article explains how to adopt the innovative management idea- ＂Co-Production and Joint Guarantee＂ to strike the profitable balance and win-win objective between oil extraction and job practice.
