摘　　要：目的了解不动杆菌感染情况及耐药性,对临床治疗和预防感染的重要性。方法采用法国梅里埃公司VITEK-32全自动鉴定仪来鉴定和统计药敏结果。结果通过100例标本的检测,得出不动杆菌可引起呼吸系统感染,是院内感染之首要原因,尤其是免疫功能低下患者。另外,60%的患者长期服用广谱抗生素及激素,特别是60岁以上的老年病人发病率较高。结论不动杆菌的感染情况及耐药性和耐药趋势,对临床治疗的影响不可小视。OBJECTIVE Understand immobility bacilli infection a circumstance and bear medicine＇s importance to the clinical treat＇ ment and the prevention infection. METHOD Adopt the French Plum VITEK-32 of Company full-automatic authenticate and bear the medicine quick instrument to examine 100 medicines of immobility bacilli quick result. RESULT Pass to examine 100 male specimens analysis the immobility bacilli can cause a breath way system infection. Immobility bacilli is the initial reason of the nosocomial infection.particularly is the immunity dint is lowly particularly.Moreover, 60% surfer＇s long-terms apply wide antibiotics and hormone, especially 60 years old bover old-age patient the outbreak rate is higher. CONCLUSION The immobility bacilli infect a Circumstance and bear a medicine and bear medicine trend to authenticate as a result has importand meaning with the medicine to the clinical treatment and the reasonable.
