摘 要:用超声雾化提取法提取,气相色谱法检测八角茴香和小茴香中反式茴香醚以及花椒中柠檬烯的含量。最佳提取条件为100mg样品加入15mL正己烷提取液,在35W的超声功率下提取5min(八角茴香和小茴香)或30min(花椒)。测定反式茴香醚的回收率在90.9%~100.7%之间,柠檬烯的回收率在90.0%~98.6%之间。将所建立的超声雾化提取法与常用的超声辅助提取法和索氏提取法进行了比较,证明所建立的方法具有提取时间短、效率高、设备简单且没有噪音污染等优点。The ultrasonic nebulization extraction (UNE) was developed and applied to extract volatiles components from Illicium verum Hook. F. , Foeniculum vulgare Mill. and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. Several parameters of UNE, including type of extraction solvent, volume of extraction solvent, ultrasonic power, particle size of sample and extraction time were examined and the optimized parameters were selected. The optimized parameters for UNE were as follows: the extraction solvent was 15 mL hexane; the ultrasonic power was 35 W; the extraction time was 5 min for Illieium verum Hook. f. and Foenieulum vulgate Mill. or 30 min for Zanthoxylura bungeanum Maxim. The trans-anethole and limonene were determined by gas chroma- tography. The recoveries were 90.95% - 100.67% for trans-anethole and 90.0% - 98.6% for limonene. Comparing with ultrasonic assistant extraction (UAE) and Soxhlet extraction(SE), the proposed method was more efficient, faster and easier to be operated. It has advantages of lower equipment cost, lower sound pollution and lower extraction temperature.
