摘　　要：针对钢铁棒材生产工艺现状,分析了棒材传输过程中的运行规律,采用挡钢轮、拨筋爪等预处理装置解决了棒材的严重交叉和重叠现象;使棒材有规律的咬入计数丝杠,到达了在线精确计数的目的。Based on technological condition of bar steel production,the paper analyzed the movement rule of bar during the period of conveying.The phenomenon of bar steel crossing and overlapping is solved through pretreatment device of blocking wheel and poking claw.The bar is bited into counting screw regularly.The goal of the on line accurate counting is achieved.
