摘  要:多元课堂授课是指两个以上教师在同一课堂上同时面对学生,相互配合为学生释疑解惑。多元授课突破了一位教师在讲台上唱独角戏的传统模式,让学生与教师进行互动,进而构建起师生共同提高的开放式教学新模式。多元授课的目的不仅是多传授知识,更要培养学生的思辨和标新立异的能力。高年级本科生、二年级研究生、博士生是多元课堂授课的对象。要处理好一元授课和多元授课的关系,明确授课计划,注意挖掘学生自身的潜力。多数学生的认可和教学水平的提升是多元课堂授课在普遍意义上具有身份性的决定性因素。The practice that more than two teachers teach in the same class, cooperate with each other, solving the questions raised by the students breaks through the traditional teaching mould that one teacher teaches alone in one class. It allows students and teachers learn each other and build up a new mould. The aim of polyteacher teaching in the same class is not only to teach knowledge to the students, but also to bring up the ability to deliberate, differentiate, and innovate. Higher grade students, second grade postgraduate students and students for the doctor~ degree are the objects of this kind of teaching. This article argues it is necessary for teachers to decide the definite teaching plan, pay attention to excavating potential ability of the students and, most students' approval and the high teaching level are the decisive factors for polyteacher classes.
