摘　　要：概述了水电厂图文档管理系统的意义,介绍了水电厂的图文档管理系统设计思想,详细阐述了该系统的组成和主要功能,说明了系统的实现方法。结合该系统在新疆某水电厂的应用,说明了它的实用价值。The study summarizes the significance of EDMS in hydropower plant, introduce the design ideas of EMDS, explains the compositions,the main functions and the implementation of the system ,and imply the system in a hydropower plant in Xinjiang, and explain the practical value of the system.
