带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨带锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法:对54例胫骨骨折采用带锁髓内钉有限扩髓内固定治疗,术后1周行关节功能恢复器(CPM)辅助关节功能锻炼。结果:53例骨折愈合时间5～11个月,平均8个月。骨不连1例,经重新手术,1年后骨愈合。无断钉、骨髓炎、脂肪栓塞、关节僵硬及再骨折并发症。结论:小切口开放复位带锁髓内钉内固定可作为治疗胫骨骨折的有效手段。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of interlocking nail in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods： 54 cases of tibial fractures used interlocking nails limited expansion of intramedullary fixation for the treatment, after a week trip CPM auxiliary function of joint training. Results： 53 cases of fracture healing time was 5-11 months, an average of 8 months. Nonunion one cases, after the re-operation, one year after the bone healing. No broken nails, osteomyelitis, fat embolism, joint stiffness and re-fracture complications. Conclusion： Small incision open reduction and internal fixation locking intramedullary nail can be used as the treatment of tibial fractures effective means.
