复方大黄软膏的制备及临床应用

摘　　要：目的:制备复方大黄软膏,观察其临床疗效。方法:确定复方大黄软膏的制备工艺、质量标准,考察该制剂的稳定性,观察临床疗效。结果:该制剂性质稳定,临床总有效率为100%。结论:本制剂工艺简单,临床疗效确切,无不良反应,可作为治疗酒渣鼻病的又一安全有效的中药制剂。Objective：To prepare the Compound Rhubarb Ointment, and to observe its clinical effect.Methods：To determine the Compound Rhubarb Ointment making, quality standards and to study the stability of the ointment and observe the clinical effect.Results：The stability of the preparation, clinical total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：The preparation process is simple, clinical effect is precise with no adverse reactions, can be used as another safe and effective tradi-tional Chinese medicine preparation to treat the rosacea patients.
