摘  要:在检测矿井CH4体积分数的催化元件中,催化剂的积碳和中毒失活是影响元件稳定性和可靠性的主要因素。以Al2O3为催化剂载体,讨论了Al(NO3)3和CeO2稀土材料的掺杂对催化元件性能的影响。结果表明:稀土材料的掺杂,使元件的抗积碳能力得到了提高;以CeO2修饰催化剂载体时,元件表面存在大量的O2-,使之具有优异的抗H2S中毒的能力;Al(NO3)3的加入及其在载体烧结时的热分解,在元件内部引入了丰富的孔结构,使元件抗硅中毒的能力得到了提高。The main factors that affect the stability and reliability of catalytic sensor witch is used to detect CH4 volume fraction in mine are coking and catalytic deactivation because of the poisoning of catalyst. Al2O3 is used as the carrier of catalyst, the effect of the adulteration of Al ( NO3 ) 3 and rare-earth materials on catalytic sensor performance is studied. The results show that the adulteration of rare-earth enhances anti-eoking capability of catalytic sensor;the sensor has excellent anti-poisoning ability to H2S because CeO2 surface has a large number of O^2- ;the sensor has excellent anti-poisoning ability to silicon because the addition of the Al( NO3 )3 when is decomposed introduces a wealth of pore structure in the internal components.
