摘  要:以TiCL4、氨水、吐温80为主要原料,分步水解法制备出混晶纳米二氧化钛分散乳液,采用XRD、TEM等分析手段,对乳液的物相、形貌进行了表征。选用活性炭纤维(ACF)为载体,浸渍提拉法制备出混晶型TiO2/ACF光催化剂,采用SEM,EDS等分析手段,对薄膜的表面形貌和成分进行了分析。在可见光下研究了影响甲基橙降解效率的因素,结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,日光照射30 min后对甲基橙溶液的降解率为94.6%,混晶纳米二氧化钛在可见光下的光催化活性明显。The nano-TiO2 emulsion was prepared with the main materials of TiCL4, ammonia, Tween (R) 80 by twice hydrolysis method. The morphology of the sample after drying at room temperature was characterized by XRD and TEM method. The nano- TiO2 emulsion supported on activated carbon fiber (TiO2/ACF) was obtained by dip - coating method. The morphologies and components of the samples were examined by SEM and EDS. The influencing factors for the degradation efficiencies of methyl orange were studied using by TiO2/ACF under visible light. The degradtion efficiency of methyl orange solution reached to 94. 6% after 30min by visible light irradiation under the optimal experimental conditions. The photoeatalysic activity of the nano - TiO2 emulsion was obvious under visible light.
