摘　　要：流动人口的职业健康监护问题是职业卫生工作的重点与难点,是预防控制职业病,是保障流动人口职业健康和公平劳动权益的重要环节。根据对北京、浙江、山东、湖北、内蒙等地的调研,对流动人口职业健康监护存在的问题及原因进行了总结分析,结合目前我国职业卫生资源提出了政策建议。The problem of occupational health surveillance of migrant workers is the focus and difficult problem of occupational health. It is an important aspect of the prevention and control of occupational disease and the protection of occupational health and fair labor rights for migrant workers. According to the research on occupational health surveillance of migrant workers in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei, Inner Mongolia and other places, the present problem and their reasons were analyzed and some policy recommendations were presented combining the actual resources of occupational health.
