摘 要:为了准确、批量测定青贮饲料中的氨态氮,采用自动凯氏定氮仪和凯氏定氮法测定青贮饲料中的氨态氮,按凯氏定氮法原理将青贮饲料浸提液在自动凯氏定氮仪上进行自动蒸馏和滴定。结果表明:该方法氮回收率为99.8%~104.3%,对全株玉米青贮和玉米秸秆青贮两种饲料样品各重复测定6次,两组结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.39%和0.50%;与手动半微量碱蒸馏法比较,两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。研究结果证明,自动凯氏定氮仪法是一种准确可靠的青贮饲料中氨态氮检测方法。In order to determine the ammoniacal nitrogen in silage rapidly and in a batch, automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus and Kjeldahl method were applied. Leaching liquor of silage was distilled and titrated automatically in an automatic Kjeldahl apparatus according to principles of Kjeldahl method. The results indicated that the recovery rate of nitrogen by this method was 99.8%--104.3%. Two kinds of silage samples, the whole maize silage and maize straw silage, were determined repeatedly for 6 times, the relative stand- ard deviations of which were 1.39% and 0.50% respectively. Compared to the method of manual semi-micro alkali distillation, the results of these two methods had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). The research results indicated that the automatic Kjeldahl apparatus method was an accurate and reliable method for determination of ammoniacal nitrogen in silage.
