摘 要:以丙烯腈(AN)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,在钛酸丁酯水解生成的TiO2粒子表面乳液聚合制备复合聚合物P(AN-MMA)/TiO2,并以此聚合物制备了多孔复合聚合物膜。采用核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、差热分析(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对聚合物膜进行了表征,并测试了所得聚合物电解质的交流阻抗谱。结果表明,AN和MMA通过打开各自的C=C双键形成共聚物,TiO2在基体中分散均匀。当TiO2添加量为10.8%时,复合聚合物电解质的室温离子电导率达到1.12×10-3S/cm。A coplymer, poly-acrylonitrile - methyl methacrylate(P (AN-MMA)), was synthesized by emulsion polymerization using acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate as monomers on the surface of TiO2 particles, which come from the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of tetrabutyl titanate. The porous polymer membranes were prepared using this composite copolymer by casting technology. The resulting polymer membranes were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (NMR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR) respectively, and their electrochemical properties were tested by Ac impedance. It is found that the copolymerization of AN with MMA monomers carries out by breaking their own double bonds. TiO2 particles disperse uniformly in P (AN-MMA)/TiO2 composite polymer film. Comparing with the polymer electrolyte without TiO2, the ionic conductivity was enhanced at room temperature. The maximum value adds up to 1.12 × 10^- 3 S/cm when the composite polymer membranes contain 10.8 % of TiO2.
