摘 要:文中研究了聚乳酸在日常使用温度、湿度条件下的降解行为。实验发现,聚乳酸热氧降解几乎可以忽略,主要的降解形式是吸湿后的水解。采用熔融共混添加剂的方法,加入憎水性添加剂二甲基硅油降低聚乳酸的吸湿性,加入碱性添加剂改变聚乳酸的pH值,都可以降低聚乳酸的湿热降解率。加入0.5%~1.5%硬脂酸钠效果最好,其中加入1.0%的聚乳酸树脂在60℃,70%相对湿度条件下24h仅降解16.96%,而没有添加剂的树脂降解高达68.16%。It is a difficult that plastics products of polylactide(PLA) is used in daily life, owing the PLA exhibits faster degradation. The degradation behaviors of PLA under the condition of normal temperature and humidity have been investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that the thermooxidative degradation of PLA may be omitted. The hydrolyzation of PLA in air is the main degradation form. In order to decrease the degradability of PLA by wetting and heatting, The hydrophobic additives, such as dimethylsilicone oil, are added. Adjusting pH values also can be prevented the degradation of PLA. Therefor the alkaline additives, such as 0.5 % -1.0 % of sodium stearate, was added. The degradation rate of PLA during 24 hours was merely 16.69 % under the conditions of 60 ℃ and 70% relative humidity when adding 1.0% sodium stearate to the PLA, while degradation rate was 68.16% without sodium stearate.
