摘 要:1,3-2,4-二亚(对乙基)苄基木糖醇(EDBX)可以改变聚丙烯(PP)结晶结构,细化晶粒结构尺寸,加快结晶速度和提高结晶度等。使用溶液沉淀法制备含EDBX质量分数分别为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的成核聚丙烯,采用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪,X射线衍射仪和偏光显微镜等仪器,研究了PP的结晶性能。结果表明,EDBX是PP的有效a晶型诱导剂,使PP结晶峰尖锐,结晶温度区间变窄,结晶度提高,其中熔融吸收峰温度提高1.9℃~4.0℃,结晶度提高17%左右,FT-IR,X-ray衍射和DSC等分析结果一致。在PP中添加0.3%EDBX时,聚丙烯的改性效果最好,PP的结晶度达到最大值。1,3-2,4-di (3,4-dimethyl) benzylidene xylitol (EDBX) has been synthesized in the laboratory from 3,4- dimethyl benzaldehyde and xylitol, a series of PP samples were prepared based on the amount of nucleating agent used. This work presented the effect of EDBX on PP crystalline structure and property. Various techniques including FT-IR, DSG, WAXD, polarized light microscopy, etc. were employed to investigate crystalline structures and thermal properties for the samples. Extensive experiments demonstrate that EDBX can nucleate PP effectively and efficiently in a form of crystalline morphology, decrease in spherulite size and increase in crystalline density, resulting in an increase in the crystallinity and melting temperatures, etc. These eventually result in an improvement of optical properties.
