摘 要:采用乳液聚合法,通过乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(KH151)共聚修饰,制备系列有机/无机杂化聚苯乙烯复合微球。使用激光散射和TEM分别对微球的粒径分布和形貌进行表征,并研究了合成工艺条件对有机/无机杂化修饰微球的颗粒分散性及形貌的影响。结果表明,通过控制乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(KH151)共聚修饰剂的加入过程,可制得粒径分散均一、表面光滑的杂化修饰微球。使用FT-IR、NRM、TGA和DSC对微球的结构和性能进行表征,显示微球表面富含羟基功能基团,热稳定性较好,并分析了有机/无机杂化修饰苯乙烯微球的形成和热稳定性增强的机理。A series of monodisperse inorganic/organic hybrid polystyrene microspheres were prepared through the emulsion polymerization method in the aqueous solution using vinyl triethoxy silane(KH-151) as modification agent. The effects of the preparation condition on the size and morphology of microspheres were investigated. The morphology, size and distribution of microsphere sizes were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and laser light scatter technique (LLS), respectively. The molecular structure and thermal properties of monodisperse microspheres were characterized by FT-IR, NRM, TGA and DSC. The formation and thermal enhancement mechanism of inorganic/organic hybrid polystyrene microspheres were discussed. The results show that monodisperse, smooth surface modified hybrid microspheres can be obtained by controlling the adding time of modifier KH-151 and microspheres contain rich hydroxyl groups on their surface, which makes microspheres possess better thermal stability.
