摘  要:结合一幢多层框架结构应用铅芯叠层橡胶支座进行加层改造的工程实例,在对隔震层的抗侧刚度和阻尼比基于能量准则进行优化的基础上,利用Matlab语言编制了弹塑性时程分析程序,输入两条实际地震动记录和一条人工波.计算结果表明:各层位移和加速度响应以及最大层间剪力和最大层间位移均较加层前有所减少,特别是位移响应减少更为明显;同时也验证了该能量优化准则的合理性与有效性.这种加层减震技术既增加了使用面积,又提高了抗震能力,在中低层建筑的改造中具有良好的应用前景,值得推广.More stories are added to a multi-storey RC frame using lead laminated rubber bearings. A program is developed with MATLAB language to conduct elastic-plastic time history analysis, according to the optimization results of lateral rigidness and damping ratio of isolation layer based on energy criterion, and two real ground motion records and a synthetic record are input. The results show that displacement and acceleration response, interstorey shear force and story drift of each storey decrease compared to those results prior to adding-storey, and displacement response decrease significantly. This numerical example also demonstrates the effectiveness and rationality of proposed energy-based optimization criterion. This adding-storey technique increases usable area and improve the seismic capacity of existing building, which has good application prospect in the upgrading of medium and low-rise buildings.
