供应链下中国银行业现金物流管理的模式

摘　　要：在中国经济高速发展、现金快速膨胀、银行单体竞争转向群体竞争的背景下,应在供应链框架下建立起新的现金物流管理模式,这包括第三方现金物流管理、现金物流战略联盟和现金物流风险管理三个模块。针对第三方现金物流管理,笔者给出了建立仿真模型的思路及对运算结果的分析。结果显示,商业银行将现金押运、保管和清分等物流业务外包给第三方现金物流组织具有现实可行性,能够实现中国银行业现金物流管理的低成本和高效率的战略目的。In the rapid development of Chinese economy, new pattern of cash logistic management should be adopted in supply chain framework, and the third party of cash logistic management, cash logistic union and cash logistic risk management are included. Simulation results of the third party of cash logistic management are analyzed, which show it is feasible for commercial banks to subcontract the third party of cash logistic management. By doing this, the costs will be reduced and the efficiency of cash logistic management of commercial banks will be improved.
