离心磨矿机介质运动分析

摘　　要：通过对离心磨矿机滚筒及介质运动简化模型的分析研究，建立了其滚筒和介质运动的基本方程式；导出了介质（钢球）脱离滚筒被“抛起”的力学条件，即临界转速ｎｅ＝３０／ｅ．在此基础上，运用所得到的基本方程式，对介质及滚筒的碰撞时间进行了数值计算和运动过程的计算机仿真，最后将仿真结果与试验观察结果进行比较，从而验证了结论合理可行．Based on study of a simplified model a basic equation, representing the movement of the drum of a centrifugal attritor and the medium, is established, and the mechanical condition of the media ( steel balls) being thrown upward from the drum is also deduced, ie. the critical velocity ne=30e Based on these the collision time between the drum and the media is calculated numerically, and the movement is emulated by a computer. By comparing the simulation results with the test data the conclusion is proved to be feasible.
