摘  要:目的分析德阳市人民医院在5?12汶川地震震后1周内医疗耗材的应急管理情况,为未来突发公共事件中医疗耗材的保障与管理提供一手证据。方法回顾性统计震后1周内手术相关,需求量前3位耗材的需求量、供应量、捐赠量、库存量等数据,并定性分析其与手术量和手术时间的关系。结果震后第1天手术量最大,耗材发出量在第1天也同步达到峰值,但第1~2天部分耗材采购因供应缺乏未能完成。截至震后第3~4天,紧急采购和捐赠的耗材数量基本满足供应缺口。截至震后1周,由于捐赠耗材的针对性不强和滞后以及手术量的减少,导致部分耗材供大于求。结论为应对未来突发公共事件,我国应加快建立医用耗材供需信息瞬时反馈系统的步伐,构建突发公共事件物资保障平台,并引导加强社会捐赠物资的针对性和时效性。Objective We analyzed the emergency management of medical supplies of People's Hospital of Deyang City in the first week after the Wenchuan earthquake o provide first-hand evidence concerning the management of medical supplies in a public emergency. Methods Retrospective statistical analysis was used to analyze the surgery related demand in the first week after earthquake, including the demand, the supply, donations and the inventory of the pre-3 demand. Results The demand during the first day after the earthquake was the largest, But some of the supplies were not enough because of the lack of supply in the first 1-2 days. During the first 3-4 days after the earthquake, emergency procurement and supplies donated just met the supply gap. One week after the earthquake because of a lag in the supply chain and a reduction in surgeries, there was an excess of some supplies. Conclusions China should accelerate establish a medical consumables supply and demand instant information feedback system, as well as building a public emergency material platform and a guide for society to promply donate materials.
