中医护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上实施中医护理干预。对两组患者干预前后用生存质量测定量表测评生活质量。结果观察组生活质量评分干预后较干预前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医护理干预可改善糖尿病患者的生理、心理、社会功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention on quality of life for patients with diabetes. Method Divide 60 patients with type 2 diabetes into observation group and control group equally. Patients in control group receive routine nursing intervention. Patients in observation group receive traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention. Assess the quality of life by Questionnaire for Quality of Life for patients in two groups pre and post intervention. Result The score of quality of life after intervention for observation group is obvi- ously higher. There is significant difference （P〈0.01）. The score of quality of life for observation group is obviously higher than the score of control group. There is significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention can improve patients＇ mental, physical and social function and their quality of life.
