摘  要:以水稻品种"汕优63"为材料,探讨不同价态无机砷对水稻种子萌发的影响。结果表明,不同价态无机砷显著抑制水稻种子的萌发率、胚芽鞘长、根长、鲜质量、干质量和含水率等,随着砷浓度的升高抑制作用加剧,且三价砷对水稻种子的毒性大于五价砷。Take Shanyou 63 rice seed as example, the effects of different inorganic arsenic species on the germination of rice seed were determined. The results indicated that the germination rate, coleoptilet height, root length, fresh weight, dry weight, and water content of the rice seedlings were decreased as the arsenic concentration increased and As (Ⅲ) exerts greater toxic effects than As (Ⅴ) after rice seeds were treated with the same concentration of As (Ⅲ) and As (Ⅴ) .
