摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了担载型的金属(Cu、Fe)/硅藻土吸附剂,以对苯二甲酸(TA)染料为模型化合物进行了吸附处理废水研究.研究过程包括TA吸附和TA分解(吸附剂再生)两步.结果表明纯硅藻土对TA有一定的吸附作用,但是吸附效果不好,也不能够循环利用.与纯硅藻土相比,金属/硅藻土对TA的吸附能力显著提高,金属/硅藻土的较佳担载量是5%(重量百分比),初步结果表明金属/硅藻土随再生次数的增加,吸附容量变化逐渐降低,再生温度从200℃提高到280℃后,5%Fe/硅藻土的吸附量可以回复到原来的水平.The paper is focused on the (Cu) sorbent which has been prepared adsorption - catalytic oxidation of dyeing wastewater via diatomite supported Fe in the incipient wetness impregnation method, with Terephthalic acid (TA) as a model compound. The process consists of the physical adsorption of TA and decomposition of TA. The results show that both Cu/diatomite and Fe/diatomite have a remarkably greater adsorption capacity for TA than pure diatomite. The test of nine adsorption- oxidation cycle on 5 % Cu/diatomite and 5 % Fe/diatomite shows that the adsorption capacity of the sorbents decreases with the increase of the adsorption - regeneration cycle. The adsorption capacity of 5 % Fe/diatomite can return to the level of 5 % fresh Fe/diatomite when regeneration temperature rises from 200℃ to 280℃.
