提高高硫磁铁精矿球团矿质量的研究

摘　　要：采用添加剂Ｍ，能够强化高硫磁铁精矿球团的氧化固结，提高球团矿的质量．以安庆含硫１．６１％（质量分数）的磁铁精矿为原料，可获得抗压强度２５５２Ｎ／个，含０．０１８％Ｓ，１．６７％ＦｅＯ（质量分数），冶金性能良好的球团矿．? Using Anqing magnetite concentrate containing 161%S,the oxide pellets of highsulphur magnetite was strengthened and the quality of pellets was improved by means of the M addictive. Pellets could be obtained,with 2552 N/ball compression strength,0018%S,167% FeO and agreeable metallurgical properties.The mechanism of the M addictive of the strengthening effect on the oxdizing induration of highsulphur magnetite concetrate pellets was examined.
