应用BiPAP治疗冠状动脉旁路移植术后的肺部并发症及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨双正压型呼吸机(bi-level postive airway pressure,BiPAP)在冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass graft-ing,CABG)后患者肺部并发症治疗中的效果及护理方法。方法对我院2005年1月至2007年12月20例CABG术后患者应用BiPAP的治疗进行分析及总结。结果18例患者成功恢复,1例患者重行气管插管,1例患者行气管切开。结论BiPAP是一种非创伤性的治疗方法,正确使用及加强护理是治疗肺部并发症成功的关键。Objective To explore the application effects and nursing of BiPAP in the lung＇s complications after the operation of coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG）. Methods The postoperative applications of BiPAP were analyzed and reviewed among 20 CABG cases from January 2005 to December 2007 in the hospital. Results Eighteen cases were recovered. One was given the second intubation and another was given tracheotomy. Conclusion BiPAP is a noninvasive treatment. The key to treat the lung＇s complication lies in proper application of BIPAP and enhanced nursing- care.
