摘  要:研究了不同处理态高铬白口铸铁的组织与性能.用X射线衍射法、金相观察法与显微硬度相结合的方法鉴别材料中所含的物相.通过冲击韧性值,宏观洛氏硬度值及扫描电镜的断口分析比较了材料的使用性能.分析认为材料的综合性能主要取决于基体组织.回火态试样有较好表现.改进了现行回火制度.中温短时回火可明显改善材料的使用性能.おhis paper studies the microstructure and properties of high chromium white cast iron in different treatment states.By using Xray diffraction method,observing their metallograph and measuring their microhardness,we determined the composition involved in the materials.The notch toughness,macrohardness and the fractograph of the samples are compared and thus their service performance is determined, which mainly depends on the matrix structure.The sample in temper state has relatively good comprehensive properties.And the commonly used tempering standard has been improved.Tempering for a short period of time at low temperature can improve the materials′ service performance obviously.
