摘　　要：物流安全和监管状况的好坏已成为一个亟待解决的瓶颈问题,直接影响经济的发展.从纳什均衡理论出发,着重分析物流安全监管和物流企业之间在物流安全监管中的相互角力情况,建立了对安全的重视、投入、成本、惩罚、激励效益静态与动态博奕模型,并提出了解决物流安全监管部门监督、改善企业物流安全运作问题的途径.Logistics security and supervision directly affect national economic development, and so have become a bottleneck problem urgent to be settled in logistics industry. This paper, by using Nash equilibrium theory, analyzes the interaction between logistics safety control and logistics enterprises in the field of supervision, and thus establishes some static and dynamic Game models for its security, investment, costs, penalties and incentive efficiency. Accordingly, .the solution to enhancing logistics safety supervision, and the approach to improving the safe operation of logistics enterprises are proposed.
