摘　　要：介绍了一次性直接喷涂汽车用聚丙烯塑料底漆的研制和施工,分别讨论了树脂、填料和防沉剂的选择,PP底漆与面漆、罩光清漆配套性测试及PP底漆在其他底材上附着力性能。This paper introduces the preparation and application of polypropylene PP plastic primer of direct spraying for automobile, and discusses the selection of resin, filler and anti-sedimentation agent, and matching performance test of PP primer, topcoat and finishing varnish, as well as adhesion performance on other substrate.
