摘　　要：以淮北市为例,分析了煤炭物流发展的现状与问题,提出发展煤炭物流的目标与思路;应用模糊综合评价法择优确定了3个煤炭物流园;提出了发展淮北市煤炭物流的具体对策与措施。In this article,Huaibei is taken as an example for an analysis of the present situation and problems in the development of coal logistics.The article also puts forward goals and ideas on developing the coal logistics and determines three coal logistics parks by applying fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,the article puts forward specific measures to develop coal logistics in Huaibei.
