摘　　要：２０世纪全人类都面临着资源枯竭、环境恶化等严峻问题，选择可持续发展战略势在必行。中国在走向现代化的进程中不能以资源的高消耗来实现工业化，必须摒弃传统模式，实施可持续发展资源战略。本文用唯物辩证法的观点进一步分析实施这一战略要树立资源系统观、资源发展观。Human beings are facing with a big problem that exhaustion of resources and environmental pollution in 20 century.It is the imperative duty to adopt the strategy of sustainable development.We must not consume resources at a high speed for industrialization during the process towards modernization in China,and have to cast away the traditional modes and put into effect the strategy of sustainable development of resources.This paper further describes that we must to have the ideology of systematization and development on resources,according to the viewpoint of materialist dialectics.
