摘　　要：文章介绍了三相三线有功电能表在非标准接线方式下,发生的计量异常现象,通过理论分析找到了产生的原因和解决问题的方法。The paper introduces the unusual phenomena appeared in the three -phases active power meter with abnormal circuit. Bytheoretieal analysis,We find its cause and suggest measures for treatment.
