摘  要:目的通过动态监测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清白细胞介素-18(lL-18)和镁离子(Mg2+)的水平变化,探讨lL-18、Mg2+与HIE的相互关系及临床意义。方法HIE新生儿为观察组,对照组为正常新生儿。HIE组及对照组分别于生后第1天、3天、7天、14天测定血清lL-18和Mg2+,分析lL-18、Mg2+的变化及意义。结果HIE患儿生后第1天血清lL-18含量较对照组均有升高,Mg2+含量较对照组均有降低,对比有显著性差异(P<0.01);且中、重度HIE患儿血清IL-18含量高于轻度HIE患儿,Mg2+含量低于轻度HIE患儿,对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。第14天HIE组的IL-18、Mg2+含量与对照组对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论lL-18、Mg2+参与HIE的整个发病过程,IL-18、Mg2++在新生儿HIE中起着重要作用。检测血清中IL-18、Mg2+水平对判断HIE脑损伤的程度、病情发展及预后具有临床意义。Objective To monitor the level changes of lL-18 and Mg2 + in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic en-cephalopathy(HIE)and explore the correlation among lL-18,Mg^2+ and HIE.Methods 60 HIE patients were randomly classified.10 normal neonates were chosen as a control group.In each group,the concentrations of lL-18 and Mg^2+ on 1 day,3 days,7 days and 14 days were tested.the changes and significances of lL-18 and Mg^2+ were analysed.Results The levels of serum lL-18 in HIE groups on the first day after birth were higher than those of the control group,but Mg^2+ were lowe(rP〈0.01).The levels of lL-18 in patients with moderate and severe HIE were much higher than those of patients with mild HIE,but Mg^2+ were lower(P〈0.01).The levels of serum lL-18,Mg^2+ in HIE groups than those of the control group weren’t significant difference on 14 days after birth(P〉0.05).Conclusion lL-18,Mg^2+ play along with the course of HIE.The levels of lL-18,Mg^2+ in HIE patients are positively correlated with the severity of condition,whereby they may be acted as indicators for monitoring the conditon changes.
