大学生网络成瘾与心理健康关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解网络依赖和网络成瘾对大学生心理健康的不良影响,剖析网络成瘾与心理健康的关系,对大学生网络成瘾的有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用《中文网络成瘾量表》修订版和SCL-90症状自评量表及自编问卷,分层整群抽样和随机调查相结合,对河北省5所高校1015名大学生进行调查,计量资料采用F检验和t检验。结果网络依赖占受试人群6.6%,网络成瘾占受试人群2%,大学生网络成瘾与心理健康水平呈高度负相关。结论网络依赖和网络成瘾严重影响大学生心理健康,建议各高校应尽快采取有效干预措施,促进大学生身心健康发展。Objective To explore the impact that net addict has on college students＇ mental health, and discuss the relationship between them to give scientific evidences for intervening measures. Methods By using the revised version of Chinese Net Addict Measuring Table, SCL-90 Syndrome Self-evaluating Table and questionnaires, we conducted a survey upon 1,015 students in 5 universities of Hebei, combined with stratified cluster sampling and Random Survey. Its Variable Data were tested by x2, while the Attribute Data are tested by F and t. Results 6.6% of the tested were net-dependent, 2% were net-addicted. Net addict had a highly negative impact upon the mental health. Conclusion Since net-dependence and net-addict is terribly harmful to students＇ mental health, it is advisable for the authorities to adopt effective intervening measures, so as to help the development of college students＇ mental health.
