摘　　要：从介绍机构知识库的产生背景和高校图书馆构建机构知识库的意义入手,分析为何选用开放源代码数字资源管理系统DSpace为研究对象,并简要描述了其功能特点,重点阐述了DSpace系统的应用实例。This paper first gives a briefing on the institutional repository and the significance of constructing an institutional repository in a university library, then analyzes the reasons for studying the DSpace, an open source digital resources management system, and finally gives a brief description of the characteristics of DSpace by focusing on its application.
