摘　　要：在当今知识生产力和经济全球化时代,由知识资本扩张与积累而形成的区域知识资本优势是区域核心竞争优势的根本。知识资本扩张的现实载体是区域知识创新网络。因此,构建区域知识创新网络是培育区域知识资本优势和竞争优势的现实途径。文章最后以安徽省会经济圈为例,对区域知识创新网络构建进行了具体探讨。Nowaday, In the time of the intellectual productive forces and the economic globalization.tbe superiority of regional intellectual capital which formed by the intellectual capital expansion and the accumulation are the bases of the region core competitive advantage.The regional intellectual innovation network is the realistic carrier of the intellectual capital expansion .Therefore,the realistic ways of construct the regional intellectual innovation network are cultivating the capital superiority and competitive superiority of the regional intellectual.The article finally takes Anhui Provincial Capital economic article as an example.It speeiafically discusses the construction of the regional intellectual innovation network
