摘 要:为了解决楔横轧大断面收缩率轧制中常见的卡导板和轧件杆部轧扁问题,采用几何解析、有限元数值模拟与实验相结合的方法对导板进行受力分析,找出了大断面收缩率轧制发生卡导板和杆部轧扁的主要原因。发现调整好前后导板与轧机中心线距离、保持上下辊模具相位一致可较好地防止卡导板和杆部轧扁,对楔横轧大断面收缩率稳定轧制十分必要。分析结果为防止这两种缺陷的发生提供了借鉴。To solve the common problems of blocking guide-board and shaft flat rolling during heavy section shrinkage rolling of cross wedge rolling, the method combining analytic geometry, finite element method (FEM) and experiments was adopted to analyze the force on the guide board, and the reason for guide board blocking and shaft flat rolling was found. The problems of blocking guide-board and shaft flat rolling could be avoided by adjusting the distance between guide boards and the centerline of the rolling mill, and keeping the phase positions of the up and down rollers consist- ent, which was very necessary for the rolling stability of heavy section shrinkage cross wedge rolling. The analyzing result provides useful references for avoiding the two defects.
