摘 要:润滑剂在温挤压过程中能提高模具寿命和产品成形率,但润滑剂不同所表现的效果也不同。通过对40Cr,1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的实验数据分析发现挤压温度低于400℃时,各种润滑剂均具有较低的摩擦系数,润滑效果较好,当温度高于400℃时,摩擦系数增大很快,润滑效果下降,然而石墨系的摩擦系数仍保持较低,但PbO的摩擦系数较高;在变形抗力方面,MoS2润滑剂在400~600℃时比较稳定,石墨加氧化硼润滑剂次之,氧化铅润滑剂挤压变形抗力最大。Lubricants can improve die life and molding rate of products in the process of warm extrusion, but the effects of different lubricants are unlike. The experimental data of 40Cr steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel was analyzed. The results show that the friction factors of diversified lubricants are lower and the lubricating effects are better when warm extrusion works below 400℃. However, the friction factors of diversified lubricants increase quickly and the lubricating effects drop above 400℃. The friction factors of graphite system still keep lower, but the friction factor of lead monoxide is higher. In the area of deformation resistance, MoS2 lubricant is relativly steady, and graphite boron monoxide lubricant is the second, while the extrusion deformation resistance of lead monoxide is of the most at 400- 600℃.
