糖尿病患者特殊功能鞋抗菌鞋垫的制备

摘　　要：制备了一种新的复配型抗菌剂(三氯新、尼泊金丁酯和2-氨基苯并噻唑/对甲酰基苯氧乙酸锌配合物(Zn(SD)2))乳液,并分别以喷洒和浸泡的方式对鞋里革和设计成型的PU发泡材料进行抗菌处理,以含少量该复配型抗菌剂的白乳胶将二者粘接起来,制备出能用于糖尿病患者特殊功能鞋的抗菌鞋垫,同时系统考察了水洗和汗液浸泡对其抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,以20 g/L的复配型抗菌剂乳液处理后的鞋里革、PU发泡材料以及由它们制备的鞋垫对细菌、酵母菌和霉菌都具有良好的抑制效果,但抑菌效果都随着水洗和汗液浸泡次数的增加而逐渐减弱,其中,水洗对鞋垫抗菌性能的影响要比汗液浸泡作用强得多。尽管如此,水洗20次或用汗液浸泡6次后,鞋垫仍然表现出较好的抑菌效果,对所有供试菌种的抑制率都在97%以上。In this study, the emulsion of a new antimicrobial combination containing triclosan, butyl -p -hydroxybenzonate and the zinc（H） complex of 2 -amino benzothiazole and paraformyl phenoxyacetic acid （Zn （SD）2 ） was first prepared, and then, it was used to treat the shoe lining leather by spraying and the molded PU foaming material by soaking, respectively. The antimicrobial insole used in the special function shoes was prepared by bonding the treated the lining leather and PU foaming material, and the used adhesive is the white latex with the combined antimicrobial agent. The antimicrobial fastness to washing and sweat of the insole were evaluated by the normal method, and the inhibitory effects against bacteria, yeasts and moulds were tested by the inhibition zone method and the inhibition ratio method. Results show that the developed insole can inhibit effectively the growth of the tested microorganism, but the inhibitory effects decrease gradually with the increase of washing or sweat - soaking times, and the washing treatment has the much more adverse effect for the antimicrobial effect. Even so, after twenty times of washing or six times of sweat - soaking, the insole still can achieve more than 97% inhibition ratio against the entire tested microorganism. So, the prepared antimicrobial insole is potential to be used in the special function shoes for diabetics.
