摘  要:以伯胺为起始剂、氢氧化钾为催化剂,分别以环氧乙烷[开环聚合温度为(120±5)℃]和环氧丙烷[开环聚合温度为(130±5)℃]为单体,在0.5 MPa以下合成AFTN系列嵌段聚醚型破乳剂。利用陕北河庄坪原油以瓶试法对所合成的AFTN系列破乳剂性能进行测试,脱水温度为55℃,脱水时间为3 h,破乳剂加量为100 mg.L-1。结果发现,在所合成的25种产品中AFTN2015、AFTN2020、AFTN2025、AFTN204010和AFTN406010脱水率较高,3 h内脱水率均高于96%,其中AFTN2015、AFTN2020、AFTN2025和AFTN204010脱水较快,1.5 h内脱水率高于95%。AFTN demulsifiers of polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene amine ethers are synthesized from oxypropylene, oxyethylene and amine under a lower pressure less than 0.5 MPa and in the presence of the KOH catalyst, oxypropylene polymerizes at (130 ±5)℃ temperature, and oxyethylene polymerizes at (120 ± 5)℃ temperature. The properties of AFTN dernulsifiers are tested by bottle test and by the Hezhuangping crude oil from North Shanxi Oil Fields. The crude oil is demulsified and dehydrated with demulsifier dosage of 100 mg ·L^-1 at 55℃ for 3 h. The results show that the dehydrating efficiency of AFTN2015,AFTN2020, AFTN2025,AFTN204010 and AFTN406010 of all 25 products is higher than 96% in 3 h. The dehydration of AFTN2015, AFTN2020, AFTN2025and AFTN204010 is faster than those of others, and the dehydrating efficiency of them is higher than 95% in 1.5 h.
