摘　　要：介绍了一步法合成DMDHEU树脂的工艺,探讨了脲醛的用量、pH值、反应温度和时间等因素对合成工艺的影响.分析比较合成树脂游离甲醛量、整理后织物释放甲醛量和折皱回复角等测试结果,优化出较佳合成工艺为n(乙二醛)∶n(脲)∶n(甲醛)=1∶1∶1.7,pH值5.7～5.9,反应温度70℃,反应时间3 h,产品的游离甲醛低于0.5%.A one-step process for synthesizing DMDHEU resin was introduced and the effects of the factors on the synthesis such as the scale of urea and formaldehyde,pH value,reaction time and temperature were investigated.After comparing the test results of the amount of free formaldehyde of synthesized resin,the amount of released formaldehyde from the finished fabrics and the wrinkle recovery angle,the paper worked out an optimal synthesizing process that n（glyoxal） ∶ n（urea） ∶ n（formaldehyde） = 1∶1∶1.7;pH value was 5.7～5.9;reaction temperature was 70 ℃;heat preservation time was 3 h;and the free formaldehyde of synthesized resin was lower than 0.5 %.
