摘　　要：多属性决策是目标选择中常用的决策方法,决策矩阵可以由定量数据和定性数据构成.通过将定性数据规范化,再利用层次分析法计算出各指标的权重,最后利用逼近理想解方法可选出最好的方案.Multi-attribute decision is a normal way of decision in object selection.Decision matrix consists of qualitative and quantitative data.On the basis of normalized qualitative data,an optimal decision can be achieved in advantage of TOPSIS method after calculating weight of all indexes by means of AHP.
