包皮系带处理的临床经验总结——附150例报告

摘　　要：目的:总结先天性或者继发性包皮系带过短或异常的临床处理经验。方法:回顾2005年2月～2008年12月间,因先天性或者继发性包系皮带过短或异常来我院手术治疗的患者150例,对围手术期的处理经验进行总结。结果:以"横切纵缝"为原则进行整形修复,从而达到延长包皮系带、使阴茎勃起外形美观的目的,并且患者的性功能问卷调查结果没有显著差异。结论:包皮系带并不是包皮手术的禁区,对于先天性或继发性包皮系带过短或异常的患者,可以"横切纵缝"的整形原则进行设计和修复。Objective Experiences of operations for abnormality of the frenulum of prepuce. Methods To review the 150 cases of operations for abnormalities of the frenulum of prepuce in our clinic from February 2005 to December 2008. Results Patients received operations that followed the plastic principle which means transection and longitudinal suture, as a result, the frenulum of prepuce was extended and the shape of erection of penis was rectified, while the voluptus of patients were not cut down. Conclusions The frenulum of prepuce is not the forbidden area in the operation of circumcision. Operations for abnormalities of the frenulum of prepuce can be performed following the plastic principle which means transection and longitudinal suture.
