摘　　要：目的:通过比较人瘢痕疙瘩与正常皮肤组织中NF-1(nulear factor 1)在mRNA水平的表达量,来研究该基因在瘢痕疙瘩中发生的变化,并探讨其意义。方法:收集了3例正常皮肤标本和3例瘢痕疙瘩标本,用荧光定量PCR分别检测两种组织中NF-1在mRNA水平的表达量。结果:正常皮肤组和瘢痕疙瘩组中NF-1在mRNA水平的表达差异显著(P<0.05),正常皮肤组中NF-1的表达量是瘢痕疙瘩组的35倍。结论:NF-1mRNA的高表达可能与瘢痕疙瘩疙瘩的发生相关,具体机制尚需进一步研究。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of NF-1 expression based on the comparison of NF- 1 mRNA expression between keloid and normal skin tissue. Methods Keloid and normal skin tissues were collected, then NF-1 mRNA expression in keloid and normal skin tissues were detected respectively with realtime qualitative PCR. Results The difference of NF-1 mRNA expression between keloid group and normal skin group is statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the NF-1 mRNA expression in keloid group is 35 times higher than that in mormal skin group. Conclusion Higher expression of NF-1 mRNA may correlate to the formation of keloid, but the mechanism should be further investigated in the following research.
