急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者糖原合成酶激酶-3β和心钠素前体肽的水平变化

摘　　要：目的:观察急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗患者血糖原合成酶激酶-3β及心钠素前体肽的水平变化。方法:分别应用PCR法、WB法和放射免疫法检测145例急性心肌梗死患者入院时和术后1,3,7 d及对照组的心钠素前体肽1-30,31-67,79-98和糖原合成酶激酶-3β水平。结果:急性心肌梗死组患者糖原合成酶激酶3β与心钠素前体胎水平较对照组明显升高。急性心肌梗死组患者术后糖原合成酶激酶-3βmRNA水平较术前明显升高,心钠素前体肽水平较术前显著升高,术后2周上述指标恢复术前水平以下。结论:急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者血糖原合成酶激酶-3β与心钠素前体肽水平呈先上升后下降的趋势。Objective To investigate the changes of glycogen synthase kinase-3β and pro-atrial natriuretic factor in the patients suffered from acute myocardial infarction treated with percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods One hundred and forty-five acute myocardial infarction patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention and 40 healthy persons were detected the levels of glycogen synthase kinase 3β, pro atrial natriuretic factor 1-30, pro-atrial natriuretic factor 31-67 and pro-atrial natriuretic factor 79-98 of the blood with PCR, WB and radioimmunity detection at the time of hospitalization, on the 1st day, the 7th day and the 14th day after the operation. Results The levels of glycogen synthase kinase 3βmRNA and protein were higher in the treatment group than those in control group at hospitalization and the 1st day after operation. The contents of pro-atrial natriuretic factor 1-30, pro-atrial natriuretic factor 31- 67 and pro atrial natriuretic factor 79-98 were higher, too. The levels of glycogen synthase kinase-3βmRNA and protein in the acute myocardial infarction patients decreased from the 7th day to the 14th day after operation. The contents of pro-atrial natriuretic factor 1-30, pro-atrial natriuretic factor 31-67 and pro-atrial natriuretic factor 79-98 decreased too. Conclusion The contents of glycogen synthase kinase-3β and pro-atrial natriuretic factor in the blood of patients suffered from acute myocardial infarction treated with percutaneous coronary intervention firstly increase and then decrease.
