摘　　要：本文以美国技术哲学协会的电子刊物《Techne》上的文章为基础,综述了当代技术哲学发展过程中表现出来的困境,以及学界学人为了摆脱这种困境、解决问题而做出努力的几种主要进路,最后介绍了理解当代技术哲学新进展的概念框架。Based on the papers that published on 《Techne》 of SPT, the essay summarizes the puzzledom in contemporary philosophy of technology, as well as the new achievements that the philosopher of technology has attained in order to solving the problem, and ultimately illuminates the framework for understanding the advancements in Philosophy of technology.
