摘　　要：应用德国西门子公司全数字6RA70变流装置,成功完成了几十台直流复励电动机的全数字化调速改造。解决了原公共直流母线供电,直流接触器控制系统诸多缺陷,如,接触器、电机故障率和损坏率高;能耗制动而引起能耗高,能源浪费;对机械设备冲击大,造成疲劳性损害,使用寿命短等问题。全数字改造后,电机的保护完善、运行可靠性大大提高、启动平滑和快速性得到很好的兼容,并实现了复励电动机无级平滑调速,机械寿命极大地延长。各项性能指标有了大幅提高。With the application of SIEMENS full digital master drive 6RA70, tens of DC compound motor drive system were successfully reconstructed, the problems of DC common power supply and DC contactor control were solved. For example, the high damage rate of contactor and motor; the high power consumption by braking; the fatigue damage and short using life by mechanical impact. After reconstruction , the motor is protected perfectly, and the reliability of motor working are greatly improved, run good with the smooth start-up and the rapid response, completed the smooth control of the speed and the extend of the mechanical using life. Many performances are greatly improved.
