摘　　要：研发型企业的各个研发产品之间相互联系,相互促进,随着技术的积累,先期的研发投入将促进后期的研发进程,因此科学合理的安排研发计划是研发企业产品开发的重要环节。在定量描述研发促进因子和研发促进矩阵的基础上,建立产品开发计划安排优化模型,并通过实例说明如何进行多阶段产品研发的计划安排。In the R＆D-oriented institution, the products under consideration are not independent; the previous R＆D experience would promote the following R＆D process. So it is of significant importance to scientifically and rationally arrange the multistage R＆D plan. Based on quantitative indication to the R＆D enhancement factor and R＆D interenhancement matrixes, the authors set up the optimization model of arranging products＇ multistage R＆D plan, and illustrate how to nm this model in the paper.
